The Inacity Tower (also known as Eastgate) is a planned development for the city of Manchester in England. It will be located on the site of the railway viaduct behind Piccadilly Station (between Store Street and Ducie Street). It features a 188 metre (617 foot) tall skyscraper with 58 floors. The tower will have 701 residential units, a 220 bed hotel and new public walkways along the Ashton Canal which is located next to the area. There will also be a car park on the three underground floors with 749 spaces.

The proposal for the building was submitted by Inacity in 2004 and it was approved one year later on March 29, 2005. Construction will begin in the spring of 2007 and when completed in 2009 it will be the tallest building in Manchester, surpassing the recently completed Beetham Tower. The development is expected to cost £220 million. The tower was designed by Woods Bagot.
