In Your Time is the first album released by soul artist Taylor Hicks in the year 1997. Because Hicks was not under a recording contract for either this or his next album, Under the Radar, he still qualified to compete on the reality television show American Idol, which he subsequently won. The now out-of-print album has sold 1,500 copies, but Hicks has revealed that his independent albums are due to be re-released.[1]
