Screenshot taken from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, for purposes of identifying the town therein. Cropped so as to exclude the game interface, with crosshair disabled, for the purposes of better allowing the user to examine the town. To be used on the Imperial City, Cyrodiil page with the intent of giving the user an understanding of the geography, placement and relative size of the town. Image 500 x 243, compressed from 1000 x 486 using Photoshop 7.0. Captured using demonstration version of Fraps, a screenshot capture utility.

1. Used in absence of free material to serve the same purpose. An ingame city, positively identifiable only by an ingame screenshot, necessarily a copyrighed work.
2. Unlikely to detract from the original market role of the product, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, ingame screenshots not forming any notable part of a consumer's desire for the product, or a significant component of the product itself.
3. As low resolution as deemed necessary without obscuring the essential features of the image.
