Concepcion is a product of Sampaguita Pictures. She appeared mostly on the movie where she supported the main cast.

She was bon on 1936, Concepcion spotted as one of the friend of Rita Gomez in a Pancho Magalona-Linda Estrella movie of Milyonarya at Hampaslupa (The Rich & the Pauper).

She served as one of the dame in Fred Montilla & Tessie Agana Swashbuckling movie of Nagkita si Kerubin at Si Tulisang Pugot (Kerubin Meets Headless Bandit).
