Imaginova

Imaginova Corporation is a U.S. conglomerate based in New York City and was founded in 1999 by CNN business anchor Lou Dobbs. The company, which was started as the "space.com" website, adopted its present name in 2004. In addition to owning the Space.com, SpaceNews.com and LiveScience.com websites, the company owns Orion Telescopes & Binoculars, a California-based telescope and accessory manufacturer.
A subsidiary, Imaginova Canada, is the developer of the popular Starry Night software for Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows.
