İlsur Metşin

İlsur Metşin (also Ilsur Metshin, Tatar: Metşin İlsur Räis ulı, Russian: Ильсур Раисович Метшин, born April 24, 1969) is Tatarstan statesman. Born in Nizhnekamsk. Since 1993 worked in Kazan as statesman. Since 1998 he was a Mayor of Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsky District, a chairman of Nizhnekamsk Council. Since 2005 November 17 he is the Mayor of Kazan, replacing Kamil Isxaqov.
