Ilagan Bangkrap is a 1st class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. It is the capital municipality and second largest town of Isabela (in land area), located at the junction of the Cagayan and Pinacauanan Rivers. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 119,990 people in 24,085 households.
Ilagan, Isabela is about 96 kilometers of Tuguegarao, Cagayan and of approximately 410 kilometers of Manila being linked to by the National Highway via Dalton Pass.
It has an area of 1,166.26 sq. km., about 13% of the total land area of the province of Isabela
Ilagan, Isabela is politically subdivided into 91 barangays.
