- Good call. Actually, looking at your contributions in general, you seem like a good editor. Have you considered getting an account? --tjstrf 19:13, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Ike's Luck
Scrolling through the gamefaqs average stats guide, one can see Ike has a higher luck than many characters in the game. He's not one of the top few, but he's got a higher luck stat than at least 20 other characters in the game with about 19 at level 20/20. So for now, I've deleted the statement that he has a deficiency in luck. I'm pretty sure his res is actually higher than nearly any ohter melee unit, but I'm not gonna check on that.--Mr Bucket 01:25, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] removed paragraph, here's why
"Ike can be considered one of the most powerful Lord-type characters in Fire Emblem since Sigurd , and is one of the most powerful of the Lords for all North American Fire Emblem titles, as well as Ephraim and Hector. This is due greatly to the difference in game mechanics between Path of Radiance and the other Fire Emblem titles, however, so some fans claim Fire Emblem's Hector to be the proportionally stronger Lord when scaled for these differences. Ike's strength, speed, defense, hit points, and accuracy ratings are all very high. His magical resistance is moderate."
First of all, being the most powerful lord character since sigurd doesn't make much sense since there have been a few lords more powerful than Sigurd between Sigurd and Ike (Celice, Hector, and Ephraim). Also, being one of the most powerful lords in the NA FE titles isn't a particularily notable accomplishment as there have only been 6 NA FE lords (not counting FE10 since it's not released yet). Then, of course, we have the whole ugliness with "some fans" claiming Hector to be better, which really can't be properly proved beyond the opinions of these so called "some fans". Actually, the last sentence I don't have a problem with, so I'll put it back in. 199.126.137.209 03:29, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
