[edit] Ikaris' Powers

I cleaned up the bit about his powers. If UtherSRG thinks it should be reverted, there should be discussion about which version is better. I didn't take out any of Ikaris' powers, just altered the wording. I guess Uther thinks that, as ad Admin, he is immune from punishment and can ignore the rules with impunity. 67.71.141.85 12:20, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
