Igor Shalimov (born 2 February 1969 in Moscow, Russia), is a retired football midfielder.

He has played in the Italian Serie A for Foggia, Internazionale, Bologna and Napoli.

He was also a member of the USSR team which participated in the World Cup in 1990. In 1992, he represented the CIS team for the European Championship held in Sweden. Four years later in 1996, he became a member of the Russian team for the European Championship held in England.
