Igor Lediakhov (Russian: Игорь Анатольевич Ледяхов) (born 22 May 1968) is a retired Russian football player.

He played for a few clubs, including Rotor Volgograd, Spartak Moscow, Sporting de Gijón (Spain) and SD Eibar (Spain).

He played for the Russia national football team and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup.
