The IFoA (International Federation of Annihilators) was a web-based organization that was created in the winter of 2004. The goal of of the organization was to moderate the chat rooms at the popular chatsite Chat Avenue. Its members cooperated with the official mods as well as administrators of the site. The IFoA was the only (known) successful group to work with the site staff.
[edit] Rooms Moderated By The Group
The Federation maintained several of Chat-Avenue's chat rooms including the Sport's Chat, College Chat, and most of all, the Video Game chat. That's where most of the group's members were recruited from and was considered the safest of all the rooms the IFoA moderated.
[edit] Disbandment Of The IFoA
In the end of the summer of 2005, it's reported most of the IFoA's members were tired of their constant, unofficial job at moderating for the site. It's said they all left, though some remained. On Video Game Chat in Chat-Avenue now, it is rumored that the IFoA's Head of Staff/creator disbanded the rest of the group despite some members still wishing to work for it. No sign of their HoS has been spoken of on the chat site so it's most likely there is no chance of the group returning.
