Possible suggestion: make the article Identically equal, with the definition that two functions are identically equal if they are equal as functions, and not just simply at a single point. This is slightly more general. Revolver 19:27, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
Couldn't the phrase "indentically zero" be used for mathematical objects other than just functions? Commander Nemet 11:18, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
