Idalis DeLeon

Idalis DeLeon (born June 15, 1966) is an American actress (of Puerto Rican ancestry) and singer. She first burst on the scene as a member of the girl group Seduction who scored a top ten hit “Two to Make it Right” in 1990. From 1994 to 1997, she was a popular MTV VJ. As an entertainment reporter and anchor Idalis has worked for VH-1, Fox Family, Fox Sports, Access Hollywood, and since 2003 as the weekend hostess for Extra. In 2004, she played the stripper Sophia in eight episodes of Six Feet Under. Since 2004 Idalis has also been the co-host of the Sitv show Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Her most recent appearance was a role on FX's Nip/Tuck.
