Icon International Holdings Inc. via its subsidiary Icon International Airlines intends to engage in the business of providing all business class seats primarily on point-to-point routes. At a price structure reduced to 50% of that of the commercial airlines with Premium, or Signature Service, it will focus on serving markets that have a high number of business and first class travelers and treating each of those travelers like Icons.

The initial Routes are as follows:-
- JFK International Airport to London Gatwick Airport
- JFK International Airport to Charles De Gaulle International Airport
- Miami International Airport toLondon Gatwick Airport

Icon International Airlines will contract to lease four Boeing B767-300ER Aircraft, which will be reconfigured into an 82-seat luxury airliner. Icon shall enter into agreements to acquire additional aircraft if and when needed.
