Ichchapuram or Ichapuram is a Municipality and Mandal headquarters in Srikakulam district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Ichchapuram is main border center of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa located in Andhra Pradesh and very close to Orissa's commerial capital Berhampur.

Ichchapuram is located at 19.12° N 84.7° E.[1] It has an average elevation of 7 metres (22 feet).

As of 2001 India census,GRIndia Ichchapuram had a population of 32,650. Males constitute 48% of the population and females 52%. Ichchapuram has an average literacy rate of 53%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 64%, and female literacy is 44%. In Ichchapuram, 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.
