Iceland University of Education

Iceland University of Education is a university in Iceland. Student group is around 2300 students and more than half of the students are distance students. The university offers B.A., B.Ed., B.S degree programs as well as M.Ed. and doctorate degrees.
The main campus is located in Reykjavík, the main building is at Stakkahlid and the art department is nearby at Skipholt 37. The division of Sport and Physical Education is located at Laugarvatn campus in the south of Iceland, approximately 90 kilometres from Reykjavík.
It is likely that Iceland University of Education will merge with University of Iceland in the future.
