"Ice Queen" is an episode of the television series JAG and the first part of the pilot for its spin-off NCIS.

The NCIS team is called to investigate the mysterious death of a JAG (Lt Singer) who is discovered by a stray arrow. Before the episode concludes, Harmon Rabb is read his rights before being declared a suspect.
