The iCapture Centre (formerly Macdonald Research Laboratories) is a research facility located at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, Canada and is associated with the Department of Pathology at the University of British Columbia. Laboratories at iCapture primarily study cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, such as viral myocarditis, respiratory tract infections, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and vascular injury among others. Other major project groups include a study of biological markers for organ transplant rejection, and the interaction between genes and the environment.
