IC 443

IC 443, (also known as the Jellyfish Nebula), is a supernova remnant in the constellation Gemini. It has a magnitude of 3.7. It is located near the star Eta Geminorum. The supernova that formed it occurred approximately 30,000 years ago, and also created the neutron star CXOU J061705.3+222127.
