Ibaraki (茨木市 Ibaraki-shi?) is a city located in Osaka, Japan. It is a suburban city of Osaka city and a part of Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe metroporitan area.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 262,516 and the density of 3,430.68 persons per km². The total area is 76.52 km².

The city was founded on January 1, 1948.
