Ian Tresman is a Web designer based in the UK, with an interest in catastrophism, and the Electric Universe model, a protoscience based on plasma cosmology, in particular the work of Kristian Birkeland, Immanuel Velikovsky, Ralph Juergens, Hannes Alfven, Anthony Peratt, Wal Thornhill, and Don Scott.
