Ian Moram (born February 8, 1980 in Montréal, Canada) is a Canadian pair skater. He competes with Jessica Miller. They teamed up in 2002. Moram previously competed with Chantal Poirier and Meeran Trombley. Miller and Moram train at the BC Centre of Excellence and are coached by Bruno Marcotte.


Ian and Jessica have recently formed a coed indoor soccer team at Burnaby 8-rinks named Ice Ice Babies. The team is comprised of figure skaters and public skate staff members. For most of them this is there first time playing soccer. On March 4th 2007 they won the division 4 coed championships, beating many veteran teams in the process.
