Ian Gandy (born in Worcester) is an English former professional football goalkeeper.

Gandy, a goalkeeper, began his career as an apprentice with Liverpool, but joined Torquay United on a free transfer in April 1991 after failing to make the grade at Anfield. He failed to break into the first team at Plainmoor, due to the presence of Gareth Howells and Matthew Lowe, and left professional football without making his league debut.

He subsequently joined Worcester City where he remained until July 2002 when he joined Bromsgrove Rovers. At Bromsgrove, he shared goalkeeping duties with his former Torquay colleague Matthew Lowe. Both Gandy and Lowe retired at the end of the 2004-05 season.
