Hello all, I am not George. I am a graduate student at the George Washington University in Religion.

I hang out on Wikipedia sometimes editing articles on religion - usually Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism.

As of late I have been (very slowly) adding brief summaries to some of the shorter suras of the Qur'an. It is rather taxing, as I am trying only to give the general themes of the text without getting dragged into that oh so delightful world of interpreting it. I have also been trying to find artwork to go with each sura, such as Arabic calligraphy, ancient Qur'an fragments, or artwork that touches on some of the imagery in the passage.
