As with the rest of the pics that I've uploaded up to this time, I believe this is in the "Public Domain" because of its age (1948) and its presumed original source ("Archivo Gráfico de la Nación", a government agency in Argentina). This pic was obtained from the website referenced in the "IAe30" wikiarticle.

That website has a "disclaimer" paragraph in the home page that roughly says: "" the 3-views and histories of the aricraft in this site have been taken from "Revista Nacional Aeronáutica y Espacial" June 1962 issue. The authors of that article were Eduardo Ferreti y Federico Giró ""
