As with the rest of the pics that I've uploaded, I believe this is in the "Public Domain" because of their age (1945) and its presumed original source (a government agency in Argentina). This pic was obtained from the website referenced in the "IAe25" wikiarticle.

That website has a "disclaimer" paragraph in the home page that roughly says: "" the 3-views an histories of the aricraft in this site have been taken from "Revista Nacional Aeronáutica y Espacial" June 1962 issue. The authors of that article were Eduardo Ferreti y Federico Giró ""

The copyright of this photography registered in Argentina has expired, as at least 20 years have passed after being first published (Law 11.723, Article 34 and their modifications).
Nevertheless, its author and source must be acknowledged.
