As with the rest of the pics that I've uploaded up to this time, I believe this is in the "Public Domain" because of its age (1966) and its presumed original source (the FMA, a government agency in Argentina). This pic was obtained from the website referenced here, so I'm crediting the contributor (have no means of contacting him to further check sources or copyright).
