"I Won't Be Home for Christmas" is a holiday song released by the band blink-182. The song tells of a man who is fed up with Christmas and the various events that accompany it. As a result, he grows angry and violent, leading to a night in jail which stops him from being home for Christmas. The song has appeared on various alternative Christmas albums including MTV: TRL Christmas, Kevin and Bean: Santa's Swingin' Sack, It's a Punk Rock Chistmas, and Skankin' Up Xmas. The song originally appeared on the single for "Josie (Everything's Gonna Be Fine)."
