I Love West Leeds Festival

I Love West Leeds Festival is an annual festival in England.
Co-ordinated by Interplay Theatre in Armley. A intergenerational week long community festival founded in 2005. The Festival has a series of events that take place across the West Leeds community of Armley, Wortley, New Farnley, Pudsey, Calverley, Farsley, Bramley and Wortley
The festival play host to professional and community performances, exhibitions and film. Interplay radio broadcasts daily during the festival from 4pm until midnight featuring a range of live chat, original music and community banter. Education programmes complement the community events. Series of projections are shown on the famous United Utilies gas tower on the busy Armley Gyratory.
Each year the festival culminates in a big park day in one of the main West Leeds Wards.
