Continuing the storyline from the sixth season's finale, when Jennifer Lopez sang at Karen's wedding. The seventh season premiere finds Lopez back in New York after concluding her concert tour. But Lopez can't seem to escape Karen, who recruits Jack to convince the singer to listen to Karen's newly written song, "I Hurt, Too." Meanwhile, Grace takes out her frustrations over her cheating husband Leo on a beat-up Will.
