[edit] Lyrics

"I'll Sue Ya" is about a man who loves to get money by suing people for really stupid reasons. It contains many people and companies whom he says he has sued, such as Taco Bell: "I sued Taco Bell, because I ate half a million chalupas, and I got fat!", Toys R Us: "I sued Toys R Us because I swallowed a NERF ball, and nearly choked to death", Starbucks, Colorado, Ben Affleck, etc.

[edit] Music video

The song has an animated music video that can be found on the DVD side of the album. The video starts with Al waking up and causing all sorts of accidents (tripping over a Pooh Bear doll with a gun, electrifying himself with a hair dryer, choking on Frosted Flakes and tripping into a barrel of tar while looking at a sign). He then gathers up the items "responsible" for this and starts to sue. The rest of the video takes place in a courtroom, where Al is stating his reasons for suing, and a stage, where his lawyer and a nerdy looking drummer play the chorus. During the part after the chorus, money starts to rain from the ceiling. The video ends with the three men in a car driving while looking at another sign. They then crash into a transportation truck.
