Rune is an 8th grader, granddaughter of a mad scientist, and can transform into a robot. When other mysterious humanoid robots start appearing, it becomes evident that they plan to conquer the planet, but it seems that they are divided in two factions, with different goals. With her friends she forms "The Earth Danger Defense Squad", and takes the lead as the Space Queen, to prevent the evil faction of the aliens from reviving Emperor Gald.
