Scroll down and click the last [edit] link (right side of the page).
You have reached an edit window which shows the last entry on that page.
Go to the bottom of that entry and start your question or comment as follows (without leading spaces):

==The title (header) of your question or remark== (the double equal signs (==) before and after automatically makes the Bold headline).
Then on the next line is where you type in whatever you want to say.... THEN type four tildes like this ~~~~.
Scroll down to the bottom of the edit window to a smaller window named Edit Summary which contains a comment relevant to the previous question and DELETE the notation there.
Enter in your own words a short summary (two to ten words) of your comment or question.
Check the Watch this page box if you want to follow the goings on there on your watchlist (a whole 'nother subject, just check it).
Click on Show preview to see what your edit will look like (forever). Take this opportunity to make changes and Show preview (lather - rinse - repeat) until you are pleased with the edit.
FINALLY (if you're sure) click Save page and your edit will be forever.
