[edit] Synopsis
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Kitty plans to throw Hyde a surprise party for his 18th birthday, even though he doesn't want one. Eric, Kelso, and Donna try to steal a street sign for Hyde's present while Jackie and Fez think up decoration ideas. Bob agrees to hold the party at his house. After several unsuccessful attempts, the street sign they want is taken by another kid, so Eric and Kelso have to use Donna to get it back. Hyde decides to go to the party after Red gives him a talk about being a man and doing things he doesn't want to do.
