The Hyatt Regency Hotel is a 72 metre tall hotel in Birmingham. Completed in 1990, the 24 storey tower has a blue reflective glass facade and is connected by a similarly coloured bridge to the ICC which is located above Broad Street. The hotel operates 319 guest rooms.

The front of the building over looks the former Central Independent Television studios and Centenary Square whilst the rear overlooks the Gas Street Basin and Quayside Tower.

One of the notable features is the numerous overhangs on the front and rear or the building, both adorning the Hyatt Hotels logo.
