Huseyin Altan is a Turkish Cypriot guitarist, and violinist. He was born in 1980, in Cyprus, Nicosia where he studied violin, and guitar at Eastern Mediterranean University. His love for music started at early ages with guitar.

He performed as violinist at Polyphonic Symphony Orchestras, violinist at Friends of Music Chamber Orchestra Concert, CYPRUS, guitarist, vocalist, and violinist at EUROVISIONEN FESTIVAL, GERMANY, guitarist and arranger at The Kyrenia Municipality Orchestra, SPAIN. He has been involved in several bi-communal concerts, and events in Cyprus as a guitarist, vocalist and violinist. He performed with Savvas Savva, Tony Jones, Ersen Sururi, Okan Ersan,Suin Qui, Ian Biggan, Asli Giray, Asim Can Gunduz.

Altan started his teaching career at Levent College, a private high school, as a music teacher. Now, he is doing a graduate degree on education sciences at Eastern Mediterranean University. He has been giving private guitar lessons for the last 2 years. He is also a volunteer music teacher at SOS Children Village,northern CYPRUS.
