Huser

Huser (ヒューザー, Human User Company) is a Japanese real estate agency (a developer) based in Ota, Tokyo which develops and sells condominiums. It's marked by the greatest average area of per household of the condominiums which it develops in the business world. Its founder and chairman is Susumu Ojima. Its capital is two hundred eight million yen (2005) and its sales amount is twelve billion four hundred million yen (March, 2004)

  • 1982 - It was established (恒和不動産株式会社, Kōwa Real Estate Co., Ltd)
  • 1983 - It was renamed to Apartment Distribution Center Co., Ltd. (株式会社マンション流通センター)
  • 1985 - It was renamed to Housing Center Co., Ltd. (株式会社ハウジングセンター)
  • 2003 - It was renamed to Huser Co., Ltd. (株式会社ヒューザー) The company name pulled out 5 characters from "HoUSing cEnteR" of its forerunner and was named.
  • 2005 - The falsification of structural earthquake resistance data by Huser was found out and non-quake resistance becomes clear about a part of the condominium which it sold in lots. The purchase of Seishin Oriental Hotel from Daiei by Huser was decided just before this, but it was canceled. It was forced into a suspension of business licensed conditions afterwards.
  • January 31, 2006 - In this day, it evacuated the main office from the top floor of Pacific Century Place in Marunouchi, Chiyoda. In the next day, it moved the main office to Ota, Tokyo.
  • February 16, 2006 - Declared bankruptcy by the Tokyo District Court.
