Description

This image captured by the MODIS instrument on NASA's Aqua satellite shows Hurricane Kyle at peak intensity. On September 26 at 1710 UTC, Kyle was a Category 1 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 85 mph and a minimum central pressure of 981 mb.
