The creation and increasing role of the realm ruled by the Burgundian dukes is rather underrepresented in this story. At the height of the war there were basically 3 powers fighting England, France and Burgundy and the latter was the one that profited most.

And perhaps the french battlefield victories in the latter part of the conflict could bear mentioning. But I'm not sticking my head into that hornets nest ;-) --Ato
