Hunter Valentine

[[1]]Hunter Valentine is an alternative rock band based in the Queen West area of Toronto, Ontario. There are three members, Kiyomi McCloskey, Laura Petracca and Adrienne Lloyd. Hunter Valentine is a girl band with a moderate fan base in southern Ontario. They officially formed in 2004, all having different musical tastes.

[edit] Kiyomi McCloskey
Kiyomi McCloskey is the lead guitarist and vocalist in the band Hunter Valentine. Some artists that inspired Kiyomi include:
[edit] Laura Petracca
Laura Petracca is the drummer in Hunter Valentine. She began playing drums at a very young age, and competed successfully in many local drum competitions. She was inspired by many classic rock and grunge rock artists.
[edit] Adrienne Lloyd
Adrienne Lloyd is the bassist in Hunter Valentine. She, like bandmate Laura Petracca, began her musical career at a very young age. She studied many bass types, but particularly the upright bass performance.

- Hunter Valentine
This was Hunter Valentine's first, 4-song EP. It was produced by Canadian producer Ian Blurton, who has produced music for artists such as The Lowest of the Low, Tricky Woo, The Illuminati, Le Nombre and The Weakerthans.
The band signed to True North Records in fall 2006, and will be releasing their first full-length album, The Impatient Romantic, on April 3, 2007.[1]
