From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Smooth-leaved Elm U. minor subsp. minor cultivar Hunnybunii was described (as U. nitens var. Hunnybunii Moss) by Moss, Cambr. Brit. Fl. 2: 90, 1914, as a taller tree than var. Sowerbyi, with the lower branches spreading at right angles, the upper less tortuous; leaves even more asymmetrical at the base, more acuminate at the apex. It was also said to have been commonly planted in the UK.
