[edit] Cast listing

Hello, fellow contributors, dear Lucky, about the casting: IMDb cannot be counted as official, as anyone can contribute to it, who has registered there. (If you look at IMDb's Karan Arjun article, you'll note that Kajol is credited before Khan & Khan, and most supporting actors, too - does that count as "official"?) Also, the official distributor is Eros entertainment [1] notes the casting as Shahrukh Khan being cast first. Why not list them alphabetically, and everything is fine? --Plumcouch Talk2Me 17:37, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

~Fellow Contributors, dear PC',

About Eros entertainment, it is just a Dvd distribution company, it also sells other titles. (The Official producer is BMB Productions) If you look at the same HTHS page, The casting reads as- Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit. Whereas the poster tells a different story.

Further, The 1997 film Auzaar is credited as- Johnny Lever, Kiran Kumar, Salman Khan by Eros entertainment- the official distributor as one might have thought. [2] Still, if one may believe in the credibility and authenticity of the Posters provided by Eros, please look at the Official poster of Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai, (down below, on the same page) the cast is credited as Salman Khan and Twinkle Khanna but on the poster, so much for reliability, they look much like Dev Anand and Asha Parekh, veteran actor Pran is also thrown in for good measure. Eros is therefore, not quite the official word.

Even Amazon.co.uk acknowledges the correct casting.- [3] The Official casting according to IMDB is the correct one- Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit. The casting of Karan Arjun there, was based on characters. Except for special appearances, Salman Khan will always be credited ahead of Shahrukh, since he is the senior actor of the two, as credited in Karan-Arjun as well (it is Bollywood norm, when crediting the main saleable leads). I hope you will incorporate the needful changes. Best Regards, --LuckyS 21:21, 23 October 2006 (UTC)LuckyS
