Humphreys is a village in Sullivan County, Missouri, United States. The population was 164 at the 2000 census.

Humphreys is located at 40°7′37″N, 93°19′12″W (40.126992, -93.319918)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 164 people, 62 households, and 40 families residing in the village. The population density was 243.5/km² (639.5/mi²). There were 68 housing units at an average density of 101.0/km² (265.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 95.73% White, 1.22% Native American, 0.61% Asian, and 2.44% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.49% of the population.

There were 62 households out of which 33.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.9% were married couples living together, 14.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.9% were non-families. 30.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.65 and the average family size was 3.22.

In the village the population was spread out with 29.9% under the age of 18, 13.4% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 15.9% from 45 to 64, and 14.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females there were 115.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.8 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $25,250, and the median income for a family was $27,500. Males had a median income of $22,188 versus $21,667 for females. The per capita income for the village was $16,207. About 17.3% of families and 25.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 37.1% of those under the age of eighteen and 14.8% of those sixty five or over.
