Thank you for inserting the reference. I did not know that Project Gutenberg had made it available.

You asked "Why miss out of this book?", in your edit on Almroth Wright and since you asked, I thought I might answer.

The reason I had not thought of including that book earlier, is that I was only interested in the medical history. I began taking an interest when a lot of physicians "re-discovered" his works and warnings so long ago.

His view on Woman Suffrage is amusing today. The book is quite well written, and very logical, which is totally in his style, as was his inability to comprehend why anyone would be offended by his views. His view were logical, after all.

Just goes to show how limited logic can be sometimes, doesnt it?

Again, thank you for including it. DanielDemaret 10:40, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome

Since not many people pass by on Wikipedia who would have heard of the likes of Oliver Strachey and Michael Crum, I thought I should say "hi" and welcome you to the project properly...so, um, Wikipedia:Welcome to Wikipedia! You seem to know what you're doing, but feel free to drop me a note if you need any help with anything. — Matt Crypto 15:16, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Oliver Strachey and Michael Crum

I am sadly or possibly blissfultt ignorant of both Oliver Strachey and Michael Crum. Do you think I should know of them? Thank you for your welcome. DanielDemaret 16:00, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Hi Daniel. While I was actually addressing Hugo999 (this being his talk page and all), you are of course very welcome as well, although you seem to have been around Wikipedia long enough that it's a bit belated by now ;-) As for Strachey and Crum, they were British codebreakers. We should probably have an article on them; there's certainly enough material for Strachey. — Matt Crypto 16:06, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] List of Australian and New Zealand advertising characters

Hi - sorry about this, but I've just reverted your additions to the list of Aus & NZ advertising characters. Advertising characters are fictional characters created specifically for the advertismenets (like Cookie Bear and Madge), not celebrity endorsements or real people using their real names. Grutness...wha? 23:11, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User page

It would be good if you wrote a little about yourself (not too much) on your user page. It is not a home page, but it belongs to the wiki as general information. Perhaps, take an interest in the layout of others' users pages before starting your own. Snowman 14:35, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
