Sir Hugh Alexis Louis Rossi (born 21 June 1927) was a British Conservative politician.

Rossi was educated at Finchley Catholic High School and King's College London and set up his own solicitor's practice in the West End, London. He was elected a councillor on Hornsey Borough Council 1956-65, serving as deputy mayor 1964-65, and on the successor London Borough of Haringey from 1964. He was also a Middlesex County Councillor 1961-65.

Rossi was MP for Hornsey, 1966-1983, and for Hornsey and Wood Green, 1983-1992 after boundary changes. A junior minister in the governments of Edward Heath and Margaret Thatcher, he was on the 'One Nation' wing of the party. He retired in 1992, when his seat was won by Labour. He is presently a patron of the Association of Lawyers for the Defence of the Unborn.

His daughter, Marie-Louise Rossi, also has a political career, firstly as a Conservative, then a member of the breakaway Pro-Euro Conservative Party, then the Liberal Democrats.
