Hugh Morgan (musician)

Hugh "Huey" Morgan is the frontman of the New York based rock/hip hop group Fun Lovin' Criminals. He is an experienced guitarist and applies his rock abilities in combination with hip hop music, jazz, reggae, and funk. His other notable characteristic is his streetwise, smooth smoker's voice.

Huey Morgan is half Puerto Rican and half Irish and co-owns The Voodoo Lounge and Di Fontaine's Pizza Place in Ireland. Huey wrote a regular wine column for the British magazine Mondo from 1999 to 2000. Huey appeared as guest presenter on UK comedy music panel show Never Mind The Buzzcocks on 17th April 2006 as well as 18 Stone of Idiot, where he almost choked to death after a Johnny Vegas joke.

He is currently working on the British film Clubbing to Death with Craig Charles,Nick Moran, Dave Courtney, Deepak Verma and Gary Shail. The film is due for release in 2007.

Huey Morgan also recently provided his voice for the video game Scarface: The World is Yours.

In 2007, Huey participated in BBC gameshow, The Underdog Show, where eight celebrities trained and rehabiliated rescued dogs.
