Huang Xiaoming (traditional Chinese: 黃曉明; simplified Chinese: 黄晓明; pinyin: huáng xiǎo míng; born 13 November 1977 in Qingdao, China) is a Chinese actor. He is best known for his portrayal of the lead character of "Yang Guo" in The Return of the Condor Heroes.

After graduating from the Performance Institute of Beijing Film Academy in 2000, Huang Xiaoming became popular in 2003 after attaining roles in three television series which were released in China. At the end of 2003, Huang was badly injured after his car turned over while he was driving through a mountainous area to a filming location. However, his immediate reappearance on the set with a neck brace impressed the media and his fans.[1]

In 2006, Huang was chosen to portray the lead role in the latest television adaptation of Jinyong's famous wuxia novel The Return of the Condor Heroes, which was finally decided after several months of contemplation by the production team. Huang Xiaoming and Liu Yifei finally gained the lead roles, playing condor hero "Yang Guo" and Xiaolongnü respectively.

Other high-profile roles include that of Emperor Wu of Han in the TV series Da Han Tian Zi (大汉天子). He also played the role of the son of a military commander in the 2006 film The Banquet (夜宴).
