Huang Biren (Simplified Chinese: 黄碧仁; pinyin: Huáng Bìrén) is a television actress in Singapore.

Biren joined the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now Mediacorp TV) in 1988 after completing its Professional Drama Performers' Training course. Since then, she has become a household name for many Singaporeans. One of the few actresses in MediaCorp with the height and figure for a model, her delicate facial features, lanky frame and height are thought to have helped her to secure leading roles in numerous drama serials, ranging from contemporary to period drama to comedy.
After working hard in the television station for almost 10 years, Biren finally managed to win her first Top 10 Most popular Female Artiste award in 1997. She went on to star in the Chinese drama Stand By Me, playing a patient and caring wife of a paraplegic, which won her the Best Actress Award at the 1998 Star Awards and a Best Actress nomination as well, but this time in the Asian Television Awards. Other award-winning lead roles include Kelian in Beautiful Connection (2002) and Lucky in My Lucky Charm (2005). She is the only actress in MediaCorp to be crowned Best Actress three times at the in-house Star Awards. There was much surprise among audience when Biren was not nominated for the Best Actress award in Star Awards 2006 for her role in The Undisclosed as a female cop, where there was an outstanding performance.
In 2003, Biren was one of the very few invited guest writers for Feel Singapore chapter on the arts, listed in People at The Peak – The Who’s Who of Singapore, chapter on the arts. The book was sold globally. Biren has a taste and love for good soup. As such, Biren wrote in the book that she wanted to drink soup that is only suited for a King. Through an interview, she said that the dish that she could cook best was Sweetened Vinegar Chicken.
Biren has also consistently been named as one of the "Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes" at MediaCorp. She has a son named Justin who was born in the year 2000. Biren is also respected by artistes such as Jeanette Aw and Felicia Chin, just to name a few. Her best friends in the television station include Zoe Tay, Pan Lingling, Hong Huifang, Chen Hanwei, Zheng Geping and many more.

- Biren has an English name, Pat, which is not known to many audience and even some of her colleagues.
- Biren lives in a terrace house at Jalan Pemimpin.
- Biren has a nickname Acting Queen. This nickname was given by many audience and industry players due to her excellent acting skills recognized in Singapore and abroad.
