A screenshot of the flash Hangman game on www.jkrowling.com announcing the name of the new Harry Potter novel (book 7). This image shows the way that the title was first released to the public, as the 'prize' in a hangman game posted on the website on 21 December 2006. To access the game, users first had to visit the 'private door' on the website, and click a number of inconspicuous christmas decorations. The game was removed shortly afterwards and an official announcement appeared on the publishers website.
